ktk11 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the ktk11 platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

1 Introduction and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ktk11 platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between ktk11 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member", "player").

When you access the ktk11 website, create an account, or use any service, you automatically agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Important: These Terms apply only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on ktk11, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • You are not registering from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited.
  • Each individual may create only one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and deposits may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In certain cases, ktk11 reserves the right to verify your identity. This may require a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be suspended until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you report unauthorised access, we will investigate and take the necessary steps.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Deposits on ktk11 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

  • Only use payment methods registered in your name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the following conditions are not met:

  • Account verification has not been completed.
  • The wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
  • Suspicious activity related to fraud or security has been detected.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Rejection

ktk11 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x) before withdrawal.
  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • Wagering must be completed within the set time period after bonus activation.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

4.2 General Promotion Rules

  • Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offers page.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
  • ktk11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. ktk11 reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

5.2 Cancelled and Push Bets

If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned. In a multi-event bet, if one event is cancelled, only that portion will be treated as cancelled.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

There may be a limit on the amount that can be won in a single transaction, which varies by game or betting category. Please contact support for details.

5.4 Fraud and Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of fraud, use of bots, operating multiple accounts, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be confiscated.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The ktk11 VIP program has four tiers:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%.
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier is determined based on player activity. ktk11 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Accumulated VIP benefits may be cancelled if an account is closed or if the Terms are violated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
  • Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Using or sharing another person's account.
  • Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Communicating with support or other users using threats, harassment, or abusive language.
  • Using ktk11's intellectual property or brand identity without permission.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, ktk11 reserves the right to close the account without notice and to take legal action.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

The copyright for content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others belongs to their respective companies.

10 Limitation of Liability

ktk11 is not liable for the following:

  • Loss of a game or bet due to an internet connection failure.
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
  • Technical issues with your device or software.
  • Force majeure (uncontrollable circumstances) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

In the event of any dispute, ktk11's database records will be considered the final evidence, unless a technical error is proven.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

The manner in which your personal data is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. This policy is an integral part of these Terms.

We use SSL encryption to keep your information and financial transactions secure. Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties, but may be provided to regulatory authorities when required by law.

12 Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure (subject to wagering requirements being met).

12.2 Closure by ktk11

ktk11 reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
  • If the individual is found to be a minor or otherwise ineligible.

13 Dispute Resolution and Contact

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

We will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint. Complex matters may take additional time to resolve.

14 Changes to Terms

ktk11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, users will be notified via the homepage or by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

15 Applicable Law and Closing Provisions

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ktk11 and the user and supersede all previous oral or written understandings.
